Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

As per the ACCC's Consumer Guarantees on products, refunds or a replacement for a product that is unfortunately faulty will be offered. If this unfortunate instance does occur (I do everything possible to ensure that doesn't happen), please send me an email so we can resolve the matter and hopefully get some new earrings out to you where possible.

In line with the ACCC's guarantee, refunds or replacements are not offered for a simple change of mind or incorrect purchase. If you do have any questions, please reach out prior to ensure you are happy with what you are ordering if you can't find the info on the product description (they are very extensive to help as much as possible). If this happens, keep the earrings to give as a gift to someone cool in your life and get extra brownie points!
